Change Mailing Address

Step1

Login to NetBanking using your NetBanking ID and Password 

Step2

Click on ‘Update Contact Details’ option from top menu and select ‘Update Address Transaction’ 

Go through the list of acceptable address proof documents and scan a self-attested copy of one such address proof for uploading

Click on Continue; you will be re-directed to a page with the option to Add and Upload a document 

Verify the details, add the document and upload it

Fill the change mailing address form -
Combined Address Change  on Savings/ demat/ Assets and Credit card 

Step2

Print the completed form

Step3

Affix your signature and self-attested address proof

Step4

Send request through courier, post or bearer to the nearest HDFC Bank branch

Step 1 

Get Combined Address change form available - Combined Address Change  on Savings/ demat/ Assets and Credit card on website or at any one of our branches 

Step 2  

Complete it and have it signed by all applicants 

Step 3 

Submit the form at the your nearest HDFC Bank branch with a documentary proof of address (please carry your original documents with you). Your mailing address will be updated within 7 working days, once the application with any of the supporting documents is received and found to be in order
