  • Hence, it is not accessible to anyone - including the system administrator.

  • The IPIN is mailed to the customer through tamper proof means to mitigate therisk being compromised while in transit.

  • IPIN and CustID are never communicated to the customer through same channel simultaneously.

  • The customer is required to change his IPIN upon first login to ensure that it is known only to the customer.
